About Valiance Club

FOLLOWING ARE THE PRINCIPLES THAT NEED TO BE FOLLOWED:

Members are required to come in smart casual.
It is mandatory for the members to be present in all the meetings of the The Valiance.
The members are required to report sharp at .... the timings of their respective groups.
Leave shall not be allowed to any member unless the reason is very profound or when the member has his/her examination on the day of the meeting of the The Valiance.
Medium of communication during the sessions would be English for all group members.
One leave is allowed to every member in each month.
Mobile phone of each and every member should be in airplane/off mode during all the sessions.
Every member is required to pay a monthly fees to the Finance Officer of the group.

FINE SYSTEM

Late Comers:

If the member comes late more than 5 min. during the usual course of the league. He/she shall have to pay a fine of Rs. 50 but if the member is late by more than 10 minutes, he/she shall not be allowed to enter The Valiance.
Each student has a grace of 5 min. only on the mentioned time of The Valiance.

Absenteeism :

Absenteeism on the part of the members in the usual course of the meeting will lead him/her to pay a fine of Rs. 150 (for 1 day), Rs. 300 (for than 1 day).
If the members do not come in the monthly review meeting, he /she shall have to pay a fine of Rs. 300.

Fine for late membership Fee :

Every member should make sure that he/she pays the fees in the first two meetings of the club and any delay in making the payment will charge him/her with a fine of Rs. 50.

Fine for Mobile Usage :

If any member is found violating mobile phone norms, he will liable to pay Rs. 50 as a fine.

Fine of the part of Chairperson:

If the chairperson does not come on the day (when he is to be the chairperson) he / she shall have to pay a fine of Rs. 2000.
If the chairperson does not come for the 'Review Session' of his/her set, he/she shall have to pay a fine of Rs. 500.

Admission Process:

To get admission you first have to go through the Entrance test (Online/Offline)
Interview
If you have appeared for an Interview at IBPS / SBI / RBI / AAO / NABARD; priority will be given.
Application Fee :Rs. 50/- Only.

Activities:

(a) First Half : (i) Practice Test (ii) Review of Previous Set (iii) Half an hour break
(b) Second Half : (i) Presentation (ii) Debate (iii) Rapid Fire.

Dispute:

Any disputes of any nature of The Valiance would be resolved by Directors of BSC Coaching Pvt. Ltd., Patna. The decisions is/are binding on all the members/chairperson/president and office bearer of the league.
Any undisciplined activities of any members would not tolerated and he/she will be suspended from The Valiance

Regular test and assessment

There is possibility of tri-parties ( parents, teachers and students) involvement. Test and results can be on real time. After this, parents and teachers can monitor the performance of students.

Student doubt platform

There is 24x7 doubt clearing facilities will be available to students. They can use this facilities till their selection; even from their home town.

Scholarship

It is 100% scholarship batch of meritorious students. Selection of bright and hardworking students will be done on the basis of written test followed by interview.

Motivational Workshops

Mentorship program will be done to each and every students for correct guidance. Regular Interaction with successful bankers and officers will be ensured for motivation.
